Throwback to 8 months ago, I took an initiative driven by a belief that knowledge illuminates our path and can spark a flame in others. I coordinated two small group sharing sessions at Bank Mega:
1. Mastering Product Management: From Mindset to Action by Toni Indrawan.
Toni elucidated the essence of developing a Product Management Mindset, honing the skills necessary, and navigating through common mistakes in Product Management. His insights were a testament to the idea that we can transform any challenge into an opportunity with the right mindset.
2. How to conduct a good primary user research by Alfandio Grasheldi (Dio).
Dio showcased the art and science of User Research. Dio delved deep into the intricacies of User Research: its benefits, processes, prevalent methods, and the keys to executing a well-prepared User Research. By understanding users, we don’t just create products; we sculpt experiences that resonate.
These sessions were more than just knowledge sharing. They were about fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration. They served as a beacon, reminding us that when we uplift one another, we elevate ourselves.
I was thrilled to witness the enthusiasm of the participants – their proactive involvement and zeal to grasp more were heartwarming.
A massive shoutout 📣 to my friends, Toni and Dio, for their generosity in sharing invaluable insights, even amidst their hectic schedules. Their generosity in sharing is a poignant reminder that when we light the way for others, our path gets brighter.
Special thanks to our UI/UX Lead, Andhita Nurul Ainun, for helping me organize and make this event happen, And my leader, Achmad Agustiyatama, for encouraging everyone to partake in this knowledge session.
To everyone reading this: May you always be inspired to learn, share, and inspire others. In a world brimming with knowledge, let’s be the torchbearers who illuminate the way for others. Let’s create ripples of inspiration and watch them transform into waves of positive change.
